Hospitality FAQ's

Are my general entrance tickets included in the package?
Yes, they are.
 
Can I purchase tickets only for the Silverstone Classic?
You can, but not through the hospitality division. Please click here.
 
As a company, can we bring our own branding, theming or promotional material?
If a complete table is booked, we are happy to place promotional material on the place settings and
name the table after your organisation on the seating plan. The material will need to be sent to us
no later than one week prior to the event.
 
Where is the best place to meet my guests?
The best place to meet your guests is within our facility at the Wing. Our hostesses will escort you
and your guests to your table upon arrival.
 
Do you provide hospitality at any other events?
Not currently, but both Podium and Parc Fermé will advise you should this change.
 
Is there a min/max number of people we can book?
There are no minimum numbers for an event, although we have minimum of 10 Guests for private
tables. The maximum number is dependent on the availability at the time of enquiry, but we can
easily cater for very large parties.
 
When will I receive tickets/packages for the event?
We generally send out packages approximately 2 weeks before the start of the event. You will
receive your VIP Car Parking Passes, General Admittance Passes and a Voucher which will give you
access to the Registration Desk of your facility. You will then receive you VIP Welcome Pack with
accreditation and goody bag.
 
Can I alter my booking at a later date?
Subject to our Terms and Conditions, your booking can be altered. We will always do our best to
make the changes you request but they can often be subject to availability.
 
Are there any extra hidden costs e.g. service charges?
There are no hidden costs unless you wish to upgrade your package or make any special
arrangements that incur a cost.
 
Can I specify catering arrangements for guests?
A unique username and password will be emailed to you closer to the event, you will then have the ability to log in and update guest names, dietary requirements and vehicle registration numbers.
 
How do I pay for the package? Can I pay by cheque?
There are several methods of payment,all major credit cards are accepted. For cheques and
bespoke quotations for groups over 20 please email hospitality@silverstoneclassic.com
 
Is the package price per person or per table?
Prices are shown on a per person basis.
 
Is car parking included?
VIP Parking is included along with a Chauffeur Transfer to the Wing Facility and back to the Car Park.
 
Are there Children's VIP Hospitality Packages?
Well behaved children are welcome at the Silverstone Classic's VIP hospitality with adult supervision.  They recieve a £50 discount in Parc Fermé, and £100 off Podium.  They will receive a special goody bag to keep them entertained along with a tailored menu.  These discounts apply to under 13's.  Please contact us at hospitality@silverstoneclassic.com if you would like to book a children's package. 
 
What is the dress code?
We operate a smart casual dress code for all events, no sportswear, ripped jeans or trainers. Please
ensure you advise any guests to guarantee admission into your hospitality suite.
 
Are drinks included in the price?
Yes. The contents of each package differ and are detailed in the Package description.
 
Can I make a provisional booking?
We are unable to accommodate provisional bookings for less than 50 people.
 
How far in advance do I need to book?
It is always best to book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
