How can I buy tickets?
Tickets are available from this website here or by calling 0871 231 0849 - calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras.
I have not received my tickets. When will my tickets be sent?
Track your order by logging in here, using your booking reference and email address. This will show details confirming your order and whether your tickets have been mailed out to you yet. Most orders will be sent 7-10 days before the event, so if it's still a while off, don't panic. This is done to try and help us combat ticket re-sale, forgery and loss.
Where are my tickets?
The best way to find out where your tickets are is to use the SEE ticket tracker after logging in here. You'll need your booking reference number (contained in the confirmation email we sent you when you ordered your tickets or given to you verbally if you ordered using the phone) and your email address. Just follow the on screen instructions and you'll soon find what stage your order is at.
How do I know if my booking has gone through?
Once you have completed the booking form and submitted your order, you will get an email confirmation from SEE - please ensure that you enter your email address correctly when booking.
Your email confirmation will show details of your order including number of tickets and booking reference.
Many email account providers offer a filter service to protect you from unwanted junk mail or 'spam'. It is possible that your email confirmation from us has been mistakenly filtered by this service; so if you do not receive email confirmation from us within 48 hours, please check your Junk Mail and/or Deleted Files folders first. If you still cannot find your confirmation email, you can request for it to be resent - by logging into the SEE Customer Services area here
Why do I have to pay a booking fee?
We use SEE Tickets as our ticket agents who have to charge on top of the face value of the ticket in order to function. They do this on a per-ticket basis to allow them to provide a 24/7 booking service and order processing, this also covers their staff, customer services, credit card commissions and all the other costs associated with running their business.
What's the transaction fee for?
The transaction fee covers the costs of printing, packing and delivering the tickets to you. This fee also applies to tickets arranged for collection at the venue. The transaction fee applies per order not per ticket. If you purchase six tickets, you only pay one transaction fee.
Is your site secure?
Yes it is. For security when booking, your details are transmitted using industry standard 128 bit SSL (secure socket layer) encryption. You'll need to be using a browser compatible with SSL (most modern ones are).
Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
Unfortunately not. Tickets purchased from See are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable. The only time we would offer a refund is if the event is cancelled.
I’m having trouble purchasing tickets online, who can help me?
If for any reason you are having problems trying to purchase tickets online then please call 0871 231 0849 to speak to a ticket agent.
Calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras.
I am disabled; can my carer accompany me to the event?
As part of our commitment to make the Silverstone Classic accessible to all, we may provide those disabled ticket holders that require full time assistance with 1 free ticket for a carer. All such applications must be accompanied by a copy of the most recent DLA letter showing your current entitlement together with a copy of your blue badge if parking is required. For more information regarding disabled access and assistance information please click here.
How do I get a reference number for my tickets?
You get one automatically as part of the booking process. If you buy online we'll send you a confirmation email that will include a booking reference number. If you buy over the phone we'll give you your booking reference at the end of placing your order. You'll need your booking reference if you want to track the progress of your order using the SEE ticket tracker, so keep it safe.
Resend your confirmation email, which includes your reference number by logging into our Customer Services area here
I haven't received my confirmation email, what should I do?
If you don't receive your confirmation email, please allow up to 6 hours for it to reach you at busy periods and also check it hasn't gone into your junk mail folder.
If you still have trouble getting your confirmation email, you can check your order has gone through by logging into the SEE Customer Services area here and use the option on the next page to resend your confirmation email.
I've lost my booking reference number - what can I do?
If you have booked online and lost your reference number, log into the SEE Customer Services area here - using the last four digits of your card and postcode or e-mail address used to book. Here you will be able to retrieve your reference number.
Please note: you can try up to five different cards to log in - but if you are unsure about which card you used to book with, try checking your bank statements to be sure.
If I move house before my tickets arrive, how do I tell you about my change of address?
You can change your address online by logging into the SEE Customer Services area here. Click on 'I want to change my delivery address' in the section 'Your Details'.
I’ve tracked my order and there is a fault. What should I do?
A 'fault' may appear on the order if you have contacted us and are expecting a Customer Service call back. This could also be if you have requested an address change and it has been unsuccessful.
If you haven't contacted us regarding your order and you can see a 'fault', please contact us online with your order by logging in here.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
We regret that we cannot exchange, refund, transfer or return tickets unless the event in question is cancelled.

What accommodation options are there at the Silverstone Classic? Is there camping?

Can I bring my dog to the Silverstone Classic?
Unfortunately NO PETS are permitted on site at the Silverstone Classic, although fully trained and registered “assistance” dogs are welcome. Please contact the circuit on 08704 588 251 so that arrangements can be made prior to your arrival. It is however not recommended that animals be subjected to loud noises from some of our Motorsport activities. ‘Assistance’ dogs are not allowed in the paddock, garages or the pit lane. Please do not leave dogs locked in cars in car parking areas.
Can I use a bicycle inside the circuit to get around?
Yes you can, you are free to use an un-motorised bicycle within the circuit.
What are the opening hours each day?
The gates open at 7.30am each morning. They will close at 11.30pm on Friday and Saturday, and at 7pm on Sunday.
The classic motor racing is fantastic but what else is there to do other than watch the racing?
The Silverstone Classic is a fabulous 3 day weekend of ‘Flat Out Fun for all the Family’ so there's always something for everyone. Historically the extensive list of attractions and entertainment has included live music, a vintage funfair, 7000+ classic cars on display, an “off road zone” with rallying and 4x4 action, go-karting, trade village shopping and autojumble, lawnmower racing, aerial displays, a Punch & Judy show, pampering treatments and massage therapies, Motorcycle Trials, Steam Traction Engines and much much more. For more details on the 2013 event see the What’s On section.
Is grandstand seating really free?
Grandstand seating is free of charge but not necessarily all grandstands will be open. The Event Map will show which Grandstands are open for viewing.
Do I need to buy a separate ticket for the live music?
No, absolutely not. The live music is included in the ticket price so an Event Ticket gains you access to the circuit including the live music in the evening. There is no separate concert ticket. For more information regarding the tickets available please click here.
Is the funfair free of charge?
Yes, the vintage funfair rides are all free of charge. For more information regarding the funfair please click here.
I am in a car club, how do I get my classic car into the event and are there any concession ticket prices?
If your car club is registered to attend the 2013 Silverstone Classic then there are some great packages for you to display your beautiful classic car as part of your car club’s infield display. For more information on Car Clubs click here or contact your car club coordinator/secretary.
I am a competitor/race car preparer, can I park my trailer and support vehicle in the paddock?
The Paddocks are display areas open to the public and therefore solely for race cars and multi-car preparer trucks with awnings. Support vehicles and trailers must be parked in the designated areas. These will be shown to you upon arrival by the paddock management team. A Competitor's shuttle will operate between the paddocks along with a Team Transfer service available on request.
How do I get between the National paddock and the International Paddock / Wing building?
In the interests of health and safety, the narrow section between Aintree/The Loop and Becketts is designated a no pedestrian zone. Shuttle buses will operate continuously from the bottom of Copse Runway by the Silverstone Six grandstand via Stowe Circuit to the International Paddock and vice versa for those wishing to move between the northern and southern sections of the infield.
