Running partly in tandem to the Historic Formula 1 Championship is the Grand Prix Master series of races at major events across Europe. However, with an earlier date cut-off, the Masters series does not accept the last generation of DFV-powered F1 cars.

The Masters series tends to place particular emphasis on the cars, and a glorious array of period F1 cars makes a fantastic sight, both on and off the track. The Masters organisation is also keen to keep the earlier 3-litre cars active, so expect to see some absolute gems from the late 1960s gracing the grid.
