Infield vehicle display passes
How do I change my vehicle details?
If you need to change your vehicle details AFTER purchasing a Car Club Display Package AND the vehicle model still represents the club, you can:
- Until 31st May complete the online vehicle change form here
- From 1st June, you'll need to email us at: [email protected]
If the vehicle model does NOT represent the club, you will need to park in the public parking outside the circuit (which is free of charge).
Tickets
Do you have to be a member of a club to buy car club tickets?
Are you likely to sell-out?
If you’re looking to buy a car club package for the weekend of The Classic, you will need to do so before the end of May. The packages are subject to availability, though, so we strongly recommend making your booking at the earliest opportunity in order to guarantee your display place infield. If the packages sell out prior to the end of May, then they may come off sale early.
Is there the option to switch the day of my booking at a later date?
This is at the discretion of the organiser and subject to availability. Please contact us by email: [email protected] or telephone: +44 (0) 1483 524 424 in order to discuss the options.
I would like to add something to my original order - how do I do this?
Please email [email protected] with your request and a member of the team will be able to help. Our usual response time is within two days.
Parades
When do I find out whether/ which day my car club has a parade?
Parades are allocated in April as they are dependent on the car clubs that register, the number of members that attend with their cars, the days the cars are attending and the significance of the anniversary. The car club co-ordinator will be contacted by The Classic Team directly to advise if the club will be allocated a parade. Please contact your car club co-ordinator directly should you wish to find out more about the parade status.
Are there any restrictions on who can take part in the Parades?
Passengers under 18 must have the signed approval of their parent or guardian to participate in a track parade. Passengers in Touring Cars, or Cabriolet/Sports Cars with the hood erected or hardtop fitted, must be 12 years or over and be at least 135cm in height. Passengers in Cabriolet/Sports Cars without the hood erected or hardtop fitted must be aged 16 years or over and be at least 135cm in height. No child under 12 years is allowed to be a passenger. This is subject to change at the discretion of Motorsport UK.
