Farmers, food lovers, chefs and experienced event traders - Ed and Tom brought the taco scene to Silverstone Classic.
The menu was bursting with Mexican flavours, with something to suit everyone. Whether you opt for a vegetarian diet or not, you have to give their sweet potato taco a try. Roasted sweet potato, green chilli, coriander, spices, pico de gallo and hot chilli sauce are combined to make it a firm favourite.
We also love the pork ‘pibil’. Pulled, slow-cooked achiote and citrus marinated pork, shredded cabbage, salsa verde and pink pickled onions topped with fresh coriander – a real taste explosion.
