Are there any other hospitality packages available in the ‘Silverstone Wing’?

The only hospitality available in the Wing, which overlooks the pit lane and start/finish line, is Parc Fermé. 

Are my general admission Event Tickets included in the hospitality package?

Yes, they are. If you've already bought tickets and want to upgrade to Parc Fermé, please email us to organise this at: hospitality@silverstoneclassic.com. For Clubhouse, you can choose the upgrade option on our ticket purchase pages here.

As a company, can we bring our own branding, theming or promotional material?

If a complete table is booked, we are happy to place promotional material on the place settings and name the table after your organisation on the seating plan. If you wish to explore further branding opportunities please contact us via hospitality@silverstoneclassic.com.

Is there a min/max number of people we can book?

There are no minimum numbers for an event, although numbers per table are ten guests so, if you're wanting to have your own private table, your booking will need to be for ten.

The maximum number is dependent on the availability at the time of enquiry, but we can easily cater for very large parties.

When will I receive tickets/packages for the event?

We will send out tickets and joining instructions for both our Parc Fermé and Clubhouse hospitality packages in the post approximately 2 weeks before the start of the event. 

Can I alter my booking at a later date?

Subject to our Terms and Conditions, your booking can be altered. We will always do our best to make the changes you request but they will be subject to availability.

Are there any extra hidden costs e.g. service charges?

There are no hidden costs unless you wish to upgrade your package or make any special arrangements that incur a cost.

Can I specify catering arrangements for guests?

Yes, if you have special dietary requirements, please inform us at least 10 days before arrival via hospitality@silverstoneclassic.com.

How do I pay for the package? Can I pay by cheque?

There are several methods of payment. All major credit cards are accepted via our ticketing partner when making your booking on our website (except Amex and Diners Club). For enquiries relating to cheques and bespoke quotations for groups over 20, please email hospitality@silverstoneclassic.com

Is the package price per person or per table?

The packages are priced on a per person basis.

Is car parking included?

Parking is provided for free at the Silverstone Classic. For Parc Fermé guests, VIP parking is included along with a shuttle service to the Wing and back to the car park. A Clubhouse shuttle operates between the public car park and the Clubhouse facility.

What time does hospitality finish?

Hospitality timings will be in line with track activity. The timetable for 2019 is yet to be confirmed.

Are there children's VIP hospitality packages?

Children are welcome at the Silverstone Classic's VIP hospitality with adult supervision. Child packages are for those aged 16 years and under. Younger children will receive a special goody bag to keep them entertained. Please contact us at hospitality@silverstoneclassic.com if you wish to bring very young children.

What is the dress code for Parc Fermé?

We operate a smart casual dress code for Parc Fermé guests and politely request no sportswear, ripped jeans or trainers. Please ensure you advise any guests you may be bringing in order to guarantee admission and avoid any embarrassment on the day.

Are drinks included in the price?

The specific contents of each package differ and are detailed in the package description. Please find details here for Parc Fermé and here for The Clubhouse.

Can I make a provisional booking?

We are unable to accommodate provisional bookings for less than 50 people.

How far in advance do I need to book?

It is always best to book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. 

Where is the best place to meet my guests?

With the Parc Fermé package, the best place to meet your guests is at the VIP hospitality reception at the Wing. Our hostesses will show you and your guests to your table upon arrival.
