These terms and conditions must be observed in conjunction with the General Terms & Conditions.
1. CAR CLUB DISPLAY PACKAGE
1.1. A Car Club Display Package includes TWO general admission tickets and ONE Infield Vehicle Display Pass for the allocated club display area.
1.2. A Car Club Display Package can only be purchased by a club member using the unique booking code dedicated to each individual car club.
1.3. By using a car club’s unique booking code to purchase the Car Club Display Package, the purchaser agrees to their booking details being shared with their club. This is to enable the club to plan its display and co-ordinate its Silverstone Classic activity.
1.4. The three pricing periods for Car Club Display Packages are set out below:
- Period 1: Super Early Bird – Until 31st December 2019
- Period 2: Early Bird – 1st January to 30th April 2020
- Period 3: Standard – 1st May to 31st May 2020*
1.5. There is no extra booking fee on top of the Car Club Display Package price, but a transaction fee will be applicable per order (not per Car Club Display Package).
*Please note that car club display packages are subject to availability and certain packages may sell out prior to 31 May. To avoid disappointment, please book early.
2. INFIELD VEHICLE DISPLAY PASS
2.1. An Infield Vehicle Display Pass is issued as part of a Car Club Display Package only. An Infield Vehicle Display Pass cannot be purchased separately.
2.2. An Infield Vehicle Display Pass is for a club member’s display vehicle only.
2.3. An Infield Vehicle Display Pass is only valid for parking within the designated club display area.
2.4. When purchasing a Car Club Display Package, club members will be asked for the make, model, year, colour and registration number of the vehicle they intend to display at the Event. An Infield Vehicle Display Pass will display this information along with the name of the club and will only be valid for the vehicle that has been registered.
2.5. An Infield Vehicle Display Pass is issued at the Event Organisers discretion and may not be issued if the vehicle registered does not represent the club appropriately or does not reflect the values under which the car club’s registration has been accepted. In this instance the club member will be required to park in the public parking outside the circuit (which is free of charge).
2.6. If a club member needs to change their vehicle details AFTER purchasing a Car Club Display Package AND the vehicle model still represents the club, the club member will need to:
- Until 31st May complete the online vehicle change form
- From 1st June email the Event Organiser – [email protected]
2.7. If a club member needs to change their vehicle details AFTER purchasing a Car Club Display Package AND the vehicle model does NOT represent the club, the club member will be required to park in the public parking outside the circuit (which is free of charge).
2.8. If a club member has NOT notified the Event Organiser of a vehicle change and arrives at the Event in a vehicle different from the one listed on the Infield Vehicle Display Pass, or the car model does not represent the club, the club member will be required to park in the public parking outside the circuit (which is free of charge).

4. VEHICLE MOVEMENT
4.1. Given the large public spectator levels at the Silverstone Classic, there is to be no car club display vehicle movement on the infield between 10:00 and 17:00 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Therefore, to ensure that you gain access to your club stand, we request that you arrive before 10:00 and do not leave before 17:00, otherwise you may be required to park in the public car park. The only exception to this is for vehicles entered into a track parade whereby they may need to move to parade assembly areas at certain times; these vehicles will receive written instructions from their car club regarding signing on, track assembly area, timings, etc. prior to the Event.
4.2. Any vehicle parked outside of their club display area is liable to be towed to the public car parks. Silverstone Circuit is private property and the Event Organisers reserve the right to tow any vehicle that is parked where it shouldn’t be.
4.3 Should a vehicle be found driving around during 10:00-17:00 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday they may be ejected from the Event.
4.4. There will be no entry (or re-entry) for car club VEHICLES with an infield vehicle pass after 17:00 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
4.5. Cars may be left in the infield overnight at the owners risk IF a valid ticket to the Event is held for the following day. All cars must vacate the circuit at the end of the Event.
5. INCLEMENT WEATHER
5.1. Infield display space cannot be guaranteed and is subject to weather and ground conditions. Car Club Display Areas are therefore subject to change and, in extenuating circumstances, may result in parking in public car parks.
6.1 If the club is celebrating a significant anniversary and there is sufficient capacity in the schedule, the club may be invited to participate in a slow speed track parade on the full Grand Prix circuit. A parade lap cannot be guaranteed if your club is celebrating an anniversary.
6.2 Track parades cannot be guaranteed and are subject to weather and the racing schedule. Track parades are therefore subject to change and, in extenuating circumstances, may be cancelled.
6.3 All participants in a parade must sign the Silverstone Classic disclaimer form in exchange for a wristband(s) allowing the driver and if applicable passenger to take part in the parade. Passengers under 18 must have the signed approval of their parent or guardian to participate in a track parade. Passengers in Touring Cars, or Cabriolet/Sports Cars with the hood erected or hardtop fitted, must be 12 years or over and be at least 135cm in height. Passengers in Cabriolet/Sports Cars without the hood erected or hardtop fitted must be aged 16 years or over and be at least 135cm in height. No child under 12 years is allowed to be a passenger.
7.1 The Silverstone Classic car club flags are not free to take and cost money to replace. If a flag is removed from the Event then the relevant car club will be charged for a replacement flag.
